Students from Partner Universities may contact the International Office (Auslandsamt, mail address: aaa@fh-bingen.de). You have to fill in the Room Reservation Form specifying the classification you desire.
The International Office acts solely as agent, the rental agreement is settled by the students with the respective landlord or landlady.
All students pay a social contribution, the so-called “Contribution to the “Studentenwerk”, an organisation providing social facilities open to every student, such as the student cafeteria, cafes, student hostels, sport grounds and gymnasiums. All students make a contribution, for the use of the facilities and for the “Studentenschaft” (Student Union). At present this amounts to 109 € per semester. Included in this amount is the so-called “Semester Ticket”, which entitles students to use local public transport in and around their university or town within a certain radius up to 100 km – except rapid transport.

In the Student Secretariat students you will find a list of privately offered accommodation. This is updated regularly.
Some student organisations have residential accommodation which they manage themselves. Look at our homepage under: http://www.fh-bingen.de/Wohnen.130.0.html
