| Students in Almería normally live in shared self-catered flats. The University of Almería has no dormitory rooms or halls of residence so we cannot guarantee accommodation to all incoming students.
International Relations Office helps students on arrival to contact other students and landlords so they can settle down as soon as possible. Nevertheless to find the right place to live could takes a few days depending on needs and budgets. Therefore, you are strongly recommended to make a reservation for at least two days at Almería Youth Hostel (ALBERGUE JUVENIL ALMERIA) to allow you some time before moving to a definitive settlement. Please make a reservation on-line well in advance to your arrival date on the following link: RESERVATION ON-LINE. Please contact International Relations Office in case you have any troubles about it or you prefer we make the reservation for you. | At the beginning of each semester ( October and March)an INTENSIVE COURSE OF SPANISH of 40 hours is offered free of charge to all Exchange students.

| Exchange students do not pay academic fees.They pay and administrative fee of total 6.12 Euros (Student card: 5 euros plus 1,12 for inssurance) (Academic Year 2008-2009) | |
